Yes, we accept credit card and debit card payments at NO additional charge.
 
Card payments will be taken over the phone to limit customer contact during COVID-19.

Yes, we are fully insured with limits that comply with state requirements. We are fully licensed and registered with the state of Tennessee.

Do you provide long distance towing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide both local and long distance towing as long as it is within the state of Tennessee.

Where do you provide towing service?

Accepted Answer

We mostly provide towing service to the Greater Nashville area, including Rutherford, Wilson, and Williamson counties. However, we also provide towing service in areas beyond that as long as it is within Tennessee.

What information do I need to provide to get my car towed?

1. Your Name
2. Location of Vehicle (Address, Exit Number and Highway, etc.)
3. Vehicle Information (Year, Make, Model, Color)
4. Destination Address (Where is your vehicle going?)
5. Reason For Tow (Mechanical Issues, Accident, Flat Tire, etc.)
6. Any other helpful Information (Vehicle is lowered; Someone will be traveling with driver to destination address, etc.)

Someone else's car is parked in my reserved parking space, private property, or business parking lot, can you tow it?"

Accepted Answer

No, we do not tow vehicles that are parked in your reserved parking space, private property, or business parking lot because we do not have a towing storage facility to store these vehicles. 
 
This includes, but is not limited to:
Abandoned vehicles in your driveway/ in front of your house/ on your yard
Vehicles parked in your reserved parking space at an apartment complex, condominium, or duplex
Vehicles illegally parked in your business parking space or parking lot
 
We only tow vehicles when the owner of the vehicle asks us to.
